Proven Success Stories
Belsay International Horse Trials
For two consecutive years (2022 & 2023), Pivot Productions has delivered 3 days of Community Crewed live broadcasting of the cross-country phase from Belsay International Horse Trials. By combining a professional core team with passionate event supporters recruited by the organisers, the event achieved exceptional coverage at a significantly reduced cost.
The Event was simultaneously live streamed to both the Belsay International Horse Trials Facebook page and the Horse&Country on-line channel in both years. Pivot was all set to deliver this same production in 2024, but bad weather cancelled the whole Belsay Event.
Burgham International Horse Trials
Building on the success at Belsay, Pivot Productions brought the same innovative Community Crewed model to Burgham International’s cross-country phase. Event enthusiasts who had previously worked at Belsay eagerly returned, along with some new faces recruited by Burgham, which created a strong community feel, that produced another polished broadcast.
The ClipMyHorse channel were so impressed by the Belsay product that they covered all costs of the live broadcast production at Burgham, further showing their support with the addition of a professional commentator to the live stream.
Little Downham International Horse Trials
Pivot Productions’ Community Crewed model was on full display at Little Downham, where all of the enthusiastic contributors were new and fresh faces to live stream production. This brand new team played a key role in delivering a seamless cross-country broadcast coverage.
Once again the ClipMyHorse Channel supported this production by covering all costs of the live broadcast production and supplied a professional commentator to the live stream.
Under expert guidance and assistance the voluntary community crew operated cameras, served up instant replays and managed the on-screen graphics. The blend of professional expertise and passionate community involvement resulted in a polished production that showcased the power of collaboration, all achieved at a fraction of the typical cost.
